Gonna be doing some cleaning around here.

I just wanted to let all my sistas know, I'm going to be doing some Spring Cleaning. I'm going to be deleting, moving and merging some old threads, or duplicate threads or threads that do not have any responses. I may also delete some negative threads that have negative comments about other posters and other boards. Don't worry, its nothing bad, I just don't think we need all the negativity here, but if you do need to vent go ahead, we'll keep it open a while if people are responding or merge it with another thread if there is one already like it.

excellent idea, Tink! I think a lighter more positive mood would be nice. after all, nobody is getting there couple right now, so what is there really to fight about?

maybe we should fake sympathy to the jammers. it would shock them to death and make us look so good! maybe say things like, "I just hate it that after all this fighting, neither one of us gets our couple. Lumi hearts are with you, Jammers. we hurt, too."

then maybe post hearts with Lumi on them. the jammers would be shocked senseless! LOL! we would look so good and they would look like the idiots they are. cuz you know they would'nt have nothing nice to say back. LOL!

neither side is getting their couple right now. It does no good to bicker bc then all tptb sees is how childish we can be and that is not going to get either side their couple. I think I want to be creating some new graphics to use in our sigs. The swans are my all time favs, that was a great idea Lumi forever had, then I found the swans sming. I need to add them here. I found a new site called Blingeasy.com. I can't wait to see what awesome pics we can create there. Its really easy and fun to use!

we do not need to be spending so much time talking about them anymore. I would love for Bryan to see this board but not all the time we spend talking about them. Its gonna be some job cleaning that up but we will do it. More Bryan talk less ejami lol

since I kinda forced a truce by calling some out on some things in a very public way, on the nbc mesage board. Hopefully now., since neither of us are getting our couples, the bickering will cease.

I think you Calling Them On their Post's In Public was smart I'm glad you took the Initiative and Called them out on it, it was getting out Of Control and they needed to be stopped. Also I've Notice Mia-Devlin has Been Keeping the board From Getting Out of Control as well, But Deleting alot of the Post's that were Nasty and uncalled for also I've noticed alot off the threads don't go off topic Like Before so I'm liking NBC now Because they aren't there causing Trouble anymore... Finally it's Quiet and pleasant for a change which Is Refreshing

to obseved the forced truce. No one but the safes are getting what they want right now...its time to not gove the writers the publicity they have been getting from this crappy writting. The more we argue about it, the more they keep tossing us bones. Time to make the wrietrs choose. The best way to do that is to stop bickering. The head hanchos do read the main boards, they need to see peace....then maybe they will get that maybe we just don't care anymore and they will do something about it...

the Powers to be Do read the main Board at NBC after all it is the Official Message board for Days and that's where they Get some of their Ideas from the fans on there and when they see the Fans *one in particular* Belittling other Fan Bases the show suffers Tremendously From this and it's not fair to the one's who really Love the show, and want to see one couple *no matter who* be happy. as long as the writer's see the Fans supporting others then the show will Be more positive but unfortunately it's not Positive, because certain Fans Decided Because were not happy were Going to make other miserable also.. it's not just about one Couple it's about all the couples and how they interact and Intertwine and interlock into the storyline. No couple is Being ignored their there, not as much But they are there none the less, and how they bring that couple into play is what's making some fans Happy/sad/angry and frustrated.... But they are all Intertwined, Interlocked and Some how Come together irregardless of what's going on on the screen at the moment... So TPTB are indeed reading the post's but it's up to us Fans to make sure that what they read is Positive, Peaceful Adult and mature. and as long as this happens sooner or later we will Be rewarded with our Beloved Couple Before the show is canceled.... OK I'm Done Just let the couple in the End Be Lumi Ha Ha then I'm a happy Camper

I don't believe they read it. I don't think they care enough to read what fans say. My I'm so unhappy with the show right now I'm negative about any hope of change.

I think some do read it, like some of the actors and maybe some of the writers. I think that info from that board does get back to tptb at least. It is good to at least keep up the Lumi presence there so that everybody does not think that Lumi doesn't have any fans left.

when I was in the waiting room at my doctors office, they had a TV on with Days on. these two women were saying that all the Lumi's love Safe now because Rafe is just like Lucas only taller. and all the jammers love SAfe because Rafe is tall and good looking like EJ. well I didn't say enything cuz I didn't have my voice back and I didn't want to start a fight. heehee! but I think that's how some people see it and maybe even TPTB. one of the women even said that Safe fans were the nice ones and only die hard Lumi's and jammers do the fighting. wish I coulda set them straight.

so I believe BDF has the right idea. we need to be the voice of reason and not worry about what enybody else says. I'm with you, BDF! excellent idea, lady!

That's great! I think it is best just to stay as positive as possible and to stay away from all the negative stuff. Let's just ignore the negative. I do still enjoy posting in the anti threads because it can be fun and a way of venting. And it is nice because no one should be going in those threads to tell us anything. We can say what we want.

just ignore them. let them fight among themselves, like BDF said. don't answer them at all except to say something nice. otherwise, just let 'em go. just like BDF said, its giving them too much publicity. positive thoughts only, ladies! we can do it! we are the creme of the crop!

That is a good idea. I think I will take a little break too. And I am not lurking anymore so that I will not see anything that makes me mad. The best policy is to ignore, ignore, ignore. They will get bored.

that was sent to me at nbc. It has great advice for dealing with the dark side. I recieved a ton of support which I think is awesome. I will post it as soon as I get the chance.

I want to know too, who sent it? There are some nice people at NBC and there are those that are making themselves look bad. I had a little chat with one of the mods at NBC today too. I think the thing that will really help us stay sane and make them look worse is if we just keep posting our opinions and not give a d*mn about what they say to it. We will keep out of their fights, and not let them bait us anymore. Let them fight with the Safes for a while.

I tried to send the message to you before and I'm not sure if it went through or not so just in case I'm sending it again. If it is a duplicate, I apologize in advance.

Without going into details about my line of work, lets just say that I have learned quite a lot about successfully dealing with very difficult people over my lifetime. I have some suggestions that I think could be useful to you in coping with ejami fans.

1. Never let them see your hand. That is why I decided to send you a PM rather than posting an answer in the thread where the ejamis could read it. My suggestion is that you keep the strategies that I am suggesting and any others that you may choose to employ, to yourself. For example, don't make public posts like "I'm going to ignore them", saying that is in itself an acknowledgement of the enemy.

2. Never let them see you sweat. This is the most important suggestion I will make to you. The majority of Ejami fans, esp. at this site, want a fight. They thrive on contention and what they want to achieve more than anything else, possibly even more than seeing EJ and Sami as a couple is to seem important. Getting you or any other member of an opposing fan base to complain about their personal attacks feeds their egos. They want to be acknowledge. When you comment on their attacks, you are actually rewarding their bad behavior and motivating them to do it more. My suggestion is to immediately stop making any future posts about how others are attacking you. No matter how upset you get, never let them know it is getting to you. You have a very big advantage at this site because others have been willing to speak up for you. I have done it myself and have seen others do it. You need to be silent and allow others to defend you, that way the enemy is answered but doesn't get the ego boost of seeing that they upset you. It always gives them something that they very much do not want - a united front. Remember, these are people who like strife and chaos. They would love to see the opposing fan bases at each other's throats and that is not happening at all, which brings me to my third suggestion.

3. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. You are already doing this whether you realize it or not and my suggestion is to do it more, but discreetly. Don't tell them you are doing it, just keep doing it. The ejamis hate 3 fanbases: Lumis, Safes and Ejoles. And the one thing Lumis, Safes and Ejoles have in common is a mutual hatred for Ejami. I, like you am a Lumi fan and it is very tempting to want to lash out at Rafe/Safe, but I have noticed that you have wisely refrained from doing so. In fact you are one to support Safes and Ejoles and I think that is a great move. Keep doing it, just don't post anything about how you are doing it to unite against the ejamis or to bug them etc. In fact, considering their focus on you, the best way to get at them is to never mention them again, even indirectly like "you know who you are". They do know who they are and like the attention. Instead, get under their skin in less direct ways. Brag about Lumi but also when possible and relevant, continue to make positive remarks about Safe and Nicole. Trust me that leaving any mention of EJ or ejami out of your posts will get to them more than any negative comment you could ever make. Now, that doesn't mean not making posts against EJ and ejami in the anti room posts - absolutely keep doing that. I'm talking about not mentioning the EJ and ejami fans.

4. Don't make it personal I've noticed that a lot of your posts talk about what you are doing to promote Lumi, etc. While I appreciate your enthusiasm, my suggestion is that those kinds of comments single you out for attack. This goes back to their desire to feel important and our goal to not let them. The less said about the fan war and your efforts in it and their behavior in it, the better. Instead, focus on the faults of the character, the reasons that EJ should never be with Sami, the reasons that Lucas (and occasionally Rafe) are better, etc.

I realize that I have been rather direct in order to keep this message from being any longer than it already is so please understand that if you find anything I wrote a tad insensitive, it was not intended that way.

She is absolutely right and I agree with her 100%. She has articulated everything so perfectly and I think her advice is great. She is great, she has sent me a pm also, she is very nice.

she sent me that awesome post. Remember the days when we all used to get together and pm? Everything is so public now. I think when we see the other on we should pm...things were a lot better then. Especially if several of us pmmed..Its a lot of fun..those were the good old days...

oh wow. I wonder if she is a lawyer or something. she sounds really smart. this is great advice and I also agree with her 100%. surely there are some good jammers. are they all bad? reason I'm asking is maybe if you got to be friends with some of them so they might start fighting among themselves and lay off of you for a while. maybe the good ones would turn against the bad ones.
