All of you creative Lumi Lovers could easily make some awesome vids.
If you have a way to get the clips on your own that's great, but there are a few websites you can use. I use canuckdays.com and of course I always credit them on youtube.
1. All I do is download the clip. Once it is downloaded, I open it, Highlight it and click copy. Then, open my videos and paste it in the window. It should come up with a picture on it.
2.Then, on your start menu, you should be able to find windows movie maker. Open windows movie maker.
3.Then, on the left, you will see the option of opening videos, pictures, or music.
4.First, click music. Look on your music list you have on your computer and double click the song you want. It will download to windows movie maker and it will appear in the blank space between the left bar and the right preview screen. Click on the music icon and drag it down to the timeline at the bottom.
5. Now you can listen to the music and begin deciding how you want to make the vid.
6. Once you have an idea what vid you want to start with, go to the bar on the left and click insert video.
7. your videos will open. Simply double click the video you want and it will be downloaded into the movie maker.
8. Now, you can cut the clip to whatever you want and drag it down on top of the timeline.
That's basically it - now you can add any effect or writing or credits or whatever you want. you basically have to play around with it for a minute and manipulate anything you want to. You can change colors (i.e. black and white or sepia tone), you can slow it down or speed it up. Whatever you want. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes very addictive - SO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
