I wonder if Caroline is covering for someone or if she really did it. I just can't imagine her doing so. Does she even know how to use a computer?

Yeah, me too. It just doesn't make any sense.

One theory out there is that Caroline is protecting her granddaughter Stephanie who is in love with Philip. So switching the paternity tests would be to Stephanie's benefit if Dr. Dan is proven to Chloe's baby's daddy and not Philip. But if Philip is proven to be the daddy then, Melanie will be free to be with Nathan cause he's supposedly in love with Melanie (although the way MH seems to drool over the actress that plays Stephanie, you couldn't tell) and Stephanie will be all alone cause a Phloe baby means Phloe will probably reunite sometime down the line. Anyway that's the only theory out there and so far the only one that makes even a bit of sense as to why Caroline is even involved at all.

A bit convoluted, but that's probably the reasoning behind this. Actually, I would love it if the outcome was a twist and that Daniel is really the father, but that would mean I care about this storyline, which I don't.
