Dear Devoted NBC Fans,
First off, we’d like to thank you for being one of the most engaged TV fanbases online. We’ve had the greatest pleasure reading and sharing your message board conversations over the years.
We’re sorry to inform you that NBC’s message boards are officially being retired effective immediately. It is the end of the message board era, but the beginning of even more exciting things. If you find that the absence of the message boards has left a hole in your schedule and you need to connect with other fans of your favorite shows, we’d like to point you in the right direction:
Zeebox
Love getting fun facts and chatting with other fans while watching your favorite shows? Download the Zeebox app on your tablet or mobile device or head to Zeebox.com to enhance your TV-watching experience. Invite your friends and frenemies to join in private chats while you all watch the show. Think of it like message boards, only in real time!
Facebook & Twitter
It’s safe to say that you’ll be able to meet and interact with the largest community of fans on your shows’ official Facebook pages. NBC’s official show Facebook and Twitter pages are rich with all the information you crave about the shows and cast members you love. You can interact with your old friends from the boards by commenting on the latest posts to Facebook, and you’ll meet new fan friends too! You can find the official handles and direct links to the show profiles on the show sites at NBC.com.
Pinterest, Google+, Instagram & Tumblr
You can also find many NBC shows on Pinterest, Google+, Instagram and Tumblr. Be sure to check the official show sites on NBC.com to find links to these pages.
While we’re closing the door to our message boards in 2012, we’re opening a window to an even larger online community in 2013. We are grateful for your dedication to your favorite NBC shows over the years and look forward to seeing you online cheering on your favorite shows in the future.
